Yes, Jubilee Mama is an authorized dealer of all the brands we carry.

What are your hours of operation?
Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm EST and we can be reached via our toll free number 1-800-826-4857 or via chat on our website at jubileemama.com. You can also reach us via email at info@jubileemama.com 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax is only charged on orders delivered within New York state.
How much does shipping cost?
Jubilee Mama, LLC offers free standard shipping on all orders regardless of cost.
Will I be notified when my order is processed?
Absolutely! When you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email detailing when your order is processed and shipped, along with tracking information and any other details regarding your purchase.
When will my order ship?
Typically your order will be processed within 24 to 48 hours and products usually ship within 1-5 business days after your order is processed. We will keep you up-to-date regarding your shipment via email. Please note, due to COVID-19, there may be some delays in shipping. We are working very diligently to ensure timely delivery of all orders!
How are orders shipped?
All of our orders ship directly to our customers from our suppliers in the United States. We use top notch shipping distribution services through UPS, FedEx, First Class Priority Mail, and many others.
Is there a money-back guarantee on my order?
Yes! We accept returns within 30 days of receipt for eligible items. Please see our Refund Policy for more details.
Does Jubilee Mama, LLC ship outside of the US?
No. At this time we are only fulfilling orders within the contiguous United States. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii and all other offshore insular areas such as American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands. Please check back for updates regarding our shipping locations.
